Automatic Pocket Knife |
Automatic Pocket Knife Widely available at flea markets, these are actually pretty useful for real work. The blade is of decent quality and the lock-up of the blade is very good. The knife is patterned after a popular Boker model, though the blade has been changed to make it look a bit more "dangerous" and the handle is significantly thicker than that of a real Boker. Because of its low cost, you really don't mind ruining it or losing it. There is a rolling safety mechanism on the spine of the knife and the blade locks in place using the push-button release mechanism. The coil spring action is fairly smooth, opening with very little "kick". Made in China, of course. Back to picture of all automatic and assisted-opening knives. |
